Smoking and Pets.

For the comfort and convenience of all our guests the villa is a no smoking area. Regrettably, pets are likewise not permitted.

Please contact us for conformation of availability.

If your preferred dates are available we will hold these for a short period to allow you to submit a booking form and to pay the deposit to reserve your booking. Our rental charges are detailed below and reflect the quality of accommodation on offer at Mimosa and Tradewinds. The following services are included free of charge;

use of board games, selection of DVDs and videos, and reading material, X-Box;
unlimited local long distance and international* telephone calls free of charge;
use of high chair, cribs and stroller free of charge;
unlimited high speed internet access, free of charge
use of the PC

*International calls to USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Italy, France and Spain are free of charge. Calls to premium rate numbers or non-geographical numbers and to European mobile / cell numbers will incur an additional charge which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Rates for Villa Mimosa 2008

** Reservations crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by their prospective rate and season.
Florida Sales Tax and Tourist Development Tax totalling 13% is payable.

Stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to a cleaning supplement of $125 / £70 (Mimosa) and $90 / £50 (Tradewinds).

Additional nights are charged pro-rata.

Pool heating is available at £15 or $25 per night. Please note that water temperatures cannot be guaranteed, these will vary according to local conditions, including but not limited to rainfall and ambient air- temperature. Spa heat is available in Tradewinds for an additional £9 or $15 per night.

A 20% deposit is due at time of reservation. (Balance due 60 days before arrival date). Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a completed booking form.

A refundable security deposit of $500 (£350) is payable 60 days before arrival date. This will be re-credited on inspection, six weeks after the departure date. Please note that guests will be liable for damage to the villa or its contents even where the cost exceeds that of the security deposit.

The above charges are inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, heating, phone calls*, cable TV, high speed wireless internet, use of swimming pool, refuse collection, local and state taxes, house-keeping / cleaning prior to and after your arrival, maintenance of the gardens, servicing and cleaning of the swimming pool throughout your stay, use of all towels, linens, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
