Terra Verde is a purpose built vacation community although there are a few permanent residents. The Clubhouse is a great place to meet new friends and the concierge will be delighted to help you plan your stay .

Location

Terra Verde enjoys the most fantastic location, 'close enough to the magic' that you can almost feel it and yet, situated in peaceful green surroundings that offer an idyllic respite from more strenuous pursuits!

Links to all of Orlando's amenities are extremely convenient. Disney is a mere 7 miles away along the Osceola Parkway, a new and relatively unused toll road. SeaWorld is only 15 minutes drive, door to door and International Drive, with its shops, bars and restaurants is only a few minutes further. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are right on your doorstep. Your take-out will still be piping hot by the time you get home! Not one but two Super-Walmarts are within 5 minutes drive and a Publix is just a few minutes further down the road. Chemists (pharmacists), Walk-in medical assistance, travel agents, everything you could want or need on your holiday are located close by.
