We have just spent a fabulous 3 weeks at Tradewinds villa in june/ july 07. The villa is absolutely beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. Tradewinds has everything and more,this was our first time doing a villa but certainly wont be our last. I feel I have to mention the lovely lake view, which for us topped off the villa, this was something we took into consideration when looking for a villa there were so many beautiful villas to choose from but this had it all, inside and out! we also used the links on liesels site to book our car hire etc. Thank you Liesel for the use of your beautiful villa.

This was my 6th trip to the Kissimmee area and our first time staying in a villa. One word comes to mind on the villa: Amazing. With this being our first time we were somewhat weary when we got there, but we were very happy as soon as we opened the door. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. Everything was very clean and we never had one problem in our 14 days. Above all the layout of the villa allowed for more privacy among our group of 7. The 3 washrooms were a blessing. Anyways I would recommend this villa to anyone and would highly suggest this option over a hotel.

I recently spent one month in America, beginning with 2 weeks in Trade winds, followed by visits to Las Vegas, Nashville, Memphis ansd Washington DC. This was the wrong itinerary, as I should have ended my holiday in Trade Winds. Trade Winds is beautifully appointed, with a large pond at the rear, and after a day at Disney World, followed by a dip in the pool, it was very relaxing to watch the ducks, cormorants and other birds doing their thing on the pond, whilst I was supping the odd can of beer. (I am not a bird watcher). All this was possible because of the facilities offered by Trade Winds, which was most comfortably furnished and very tastefully decorated. It was also very well equipped for cooking just about anything. How I wish that my holiday had ended with the relaxation offered by the house , which was so conveniently located for just about everthing. We have just stayed at Villa Mimosa over Christmas with friends from England. There were 13 of us in all and the villa was just the perfect size for us. Everything we needed for a perfect holiday was provided, even a Christmas tree! The kids were always entertained with the pool and games room allowing the adults to relax and catch up. Liesel was so helpful and accommodating and we will recommend Villa Mimosa to everyone. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

My family (comprising 6 adults and 3 children) have today returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Mimosa. This is a superb, quality property offering furnishings of the highest standard plus excellent entertainment facilities. The private pool is great and the children truly enjoyed themselves in the well equipped games room. However, even more important we found Liesel to be a charming, caring and extremely helpful owner.
Add to this its closeness to Disney and Universal, we have no hesitation in highly recommending this holiday home.
